The seller’s share will be sent to the vendor’s PayPal account or the agreed payment method after the seller has provided the insured shipping tracking number to Shop Cheaper Online customer services. Therefore, sellers are obligated to only sell to those countries which offer postal services with online tracking. However, if online tracking is not provided by the seller and a buyer opens a claim for an undelivered item, after careful investigation Shop Cheaper Online may refund the total purchase amount to the buyer.
